🎼 Bach - Toccata in E minor BWV 914, 1st movement
RCM Level : ARCT
Mr. Tadokoro’s level:22
Start : 10 April 2024
Total Practice Time : 7 Hours 1 Minutes
I am now updating last year's core lesson piece from Baroque category, Toccata in E minor, 1st movement. I took the video right after I passed this piece in the lesson.
The first movement begins with the phrase of Toccata, which sounded very cool!, followed by the four voices of "Un poco allegro (a little slower than Allegro)". It was fun practicing the Toccata and I was feeling so happy while playing this piece.
The following notes were written in my lesson note, but as I try to write a blog after a year, I don't know even remember what I learned and what my notes really mean. It's such a waste.
・Be aware of every single detail
・React and change the part where the key changes in your own way
・Blight and darkness, tension and relaxation
・The toccata part at the beginning should sound like a pipe organ with a deep and thick texture.
